A Note from Emily, Founder + Owner, The Flourish Market + The Locality
Hey-0 + welcome, friend! Can I just immediately say something with all the zest in the world? ---> . Women are freakin’ strong, and together we’re unstoppable!
And that's why I was so super pumped about launching...
The Locality! As part of our home for The Flourish Market in The Warehouse District, we now have a hub for 60 triangle based female entrepreneurs to connect and collaborate.
Our gorgeously designed co-working space is a spot where absolute magic happens as we surround ourselves with like-minded women courageously going after their goals.
A Co-working Space for Female Entrepreneurs!

Every single female entrepreneur I’ve ever coached or chatted with has used this word: alone. And I know I felt like that when I first launched my business. I felt lonely, and like no one - even those closest to me - understood my ambition or the daily battle it is to put yourself out there (and get rejected!).
…and then I found other entrepreneurs that just got it. They absolutely got it. They understood the daily fight!
Surrounding myself with these women daily through texts, FaceTime calls, in person coffee dates, and lunch meetings, has been the secret sauce to feeling able to conquer anything entrepreneurship has thrown my way.
Because entrepreneurship is no joke. Am I right?!

From Wall Street to the streets with no name, you can now find Emily traveling in developing nations to find gorgeous new goods for her Downtown Raleigh, NC Boutique + online shop, The Flourish Market. She is an overly obsessed dog mom, a karaoke back up dancer aficionado, a speaker + educator, and an avid believer that every woman is worthy of influence.

COVID Additions:
When the pandemic hit, we immediately took our co-working space online overnight. As we transition back to a new business as (not so) normal, our members can now take advantage of BOTH an in person co-working space as well as a host of new virtual offerings which include:
- A Monthly 1.5 hour Mental Health Workshop
- Monday Morning Community Check-ins from 9:30-10am. These have been a game changer in connecting with fellow community members and kicking off your work day with fresh inspired energy!
- One Community Lunch each month (or in person outdoors - weather dependent), as well as a Happy Hour.
At The Locality, you will be able to look around at the women out there in the arena with you. Marred faces. Dusty and sweaty bodies. Bruised spirits. But they’ll have this special fire in their hearts just like you that keeps them striving valiantly.
In our co-working space, we have a board that shows all of our fails of the week, and a board that highlights our successes - and we’ll celebrate it ALL, together.
